As one of the founders of EoL and a current co-leader, he helped shape it to their collective vision. A calm and easygoing guild leader to those that are lost. At the end of the day, you can best describe him as just another Envoy — a gamer like you with a passion for Guild Wars.

One of the original founders and co-leader of EoL, Adam has been instrumental in its formation and development. His knowledge and experience in guild leading, objective reasoning and social skills to defuse any complex situation have been the source of stability allowing EoL to succeed.

Officer
A formerly devout follower of Kormir, Grom has been taking after his heroic ancestor by aiding fellow Commanders on their path to glory. He brings to the Envoys his personal brand of snide remarks, knowledge of useless facts and terrible jokes.

Also known as Jade. His spirit animal is a red panda, finding much wisdom and guidance in its formidable and adorable stature. If you ever need help or guidance in-game or outside, let him know!

Ian joined EoL in its early days, mostly participating as a helpful Envoy before eventually joining the officer team. While mostly focusing on Discord moderation, he has shown unwavering commitment to safeguarding the vision of EoL.

Moderator
One of our longest-standing members, joining EoL merely a week after its formation. In the few hours he can spare from his studies, he serves as a moderator, keeping a watchful eye on Discord activity.

Moderator / Social Media Manager
Incredibly social and helpful, topping it off with a healthy dose of humour. She has been an invaluable addition to our guild ever since joining in its early days. Besides managing our social media presence, she is also a Discord moderator.

Consul / Kinkmander
Alba gu bràth. Perpetually tired, perpetually caffeinated, perpetually blind to what's between the lines and fine print. Held back by nostalgia for the good old times when you had to traverse Tyria by foot and dungeons were the only content, he thrives in healing you out of spite and expressing himself artistically by building jumping puzzles in the guild hall.

For our ranking structure we chose to be efficient and concise rather than an elaborate web of management levels. Our hierarchy has only three levels above Envoy, of which only two carry real decision-making power. We use the maximum of ten ranks available to a guild, with the remaining ranks denoting function rather than hierarchy.

With great power comes great responsibility. Emissaries hold the highest rank in the guild and are considered its leaders. They have full autonomy in their decisions but remain bound by the guild's core principles.
A great leader listens to a multitude of opinions — Consuls are those advisors. The role carries no decisional power, only influence; a Consul's word weighs considerably in guild matters. Emissaries who retire but want to stay active can step into the role.
The forces on the ground, the first line of defense, the beating heart of order in our guild — your good ol' trusty Guild Officer. Members with ambition to join EoL management can apply, reviewed on activity, conduct, contribution and tenure.
Emissaries, Consuls, Sentinels and so much more — it all means nothing without this rank. This is where you start when you join EoL, with the potential to grow in any direction, or the equally valid choice to just stay an Envoy.
Envoys who have committed to organising events for others, with the Event Host role in-game and on Discord granting extra permissions to help manage it — including inviting new members to their open-world events.
Envoys whose sole extra ability is inviting new members — for those more interested in helping recruitment than running events.
For members who know they'll be offline for an extended period. Ask for the Traveler rank in the Discord holiday channel to be exempt from inactivity removal for a while.
For alt characters that might stay offline for extended durations, so we know who to reach out to when needed.
Honorary ranks for retired Sentinels (Advisor) and retired Emissaries (Emeritus) who choose not to move into a Consul role. Emeriti are lifelong exempt from inactivity removal.
